We gladly accept Medicare and most other insurance carriers as an out of network provider. Our office is a cash based practice, meaning that we charge a reduced fee up front, for our high quality of care and service. We have highly affordable rates and flexible payment plans allowing access to high quality care for you and your family. Payment for our office fees are due at the time of service and can be paid in the form of cash, check, or credit card.

While Mankey Family Chiropractic does not bill insurance directly, we will assist you in filing insurance claims by providing you with an insurance bill that you can send to your insurance company for reimbursement. Your insurance coverage will vary by company and policy type. If you plan on submitting for insurance reimbursement it is very important that you verify your coverage.
